DETAILS YOUR YACHT Your yacht, BAY WATCH, is a 3-level, Hatteras, luxury motor yacht. This is a non-fishing boat, carpeted throughout, with a rich mahogany interior, and complete with custom-made leather furniture. There is even a tiffany lamp in the ladies room. We provide personal, attentive service for private yacht charters of 2 to 49 guests. The BAY WATCH is a US Coast Guard certified vessel and has been operating since 1994. YOUR PRIVATE SAN DIEGO YACHT CHARTER PLAN Your private San Diego harbor cruise includes the postcard views of calm San Diego Bay including downtown San Diego, Coronado Bridge, Convention Center, Navy aircraft carriers, submarines, Hotel del Coronado, Seaport Village, Star of India, yacht clubs, and mega-yachts. There's something to remember for every guest on board. Click here to see a map of San Diego Bay. RESERVATIONS Call Captain Bill at (619) 222-9999 in San Diego. He will prepare a one-page boat charter confirmation, fax or mail it to you, and take a credit card number to hold your reservation. Payment is accepted after your private San Diego yacht charter by cash, check, or credit card - whatever is most convenient for you. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel 15 days before your scheduled San Diego boat charter with no penalty. We have a fifty percent (50% of the yacht charter rate) non-refundable reservation fee if the cancellation is less than 15 days before your scheduled yacht charter. A one-hundred percent (100% of the yacht charter rate) non-refundable reservation fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellation the day of your scheduled San Diego yacht charter. CREDIT CARDS We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your credit card also serves as a damage deposit. Remember, Bay Watch Cruises is not responsible for the conduct of your guests. RAIN POLICY Almost never happens. However, you may cancel that day with no penalty. The caterer will deliver any ordered food to your desired location, if applicable. PETS No pets of any kind are allowed on your San Diego yacht charter. SEA SICKNESS Never happened. We only cruise the calm waters of San Diego Bay. WEDDING SERVICES Captain Bill is a licensed minister and can perform your wedding ceremony. The charge for this is $150. MEMORIAL SERVICES and BURIALS AT SEA 1. We assist families with private, dignified, and affordable burials at sea aboard your luxury motor yacht. We are not a fishing boat, sail boat, or dive boat. Day or evening Dan Diego yacht charters are arranged to fit your schedule. Our personal, attentive service will provide a dignified setting for your loved one. We conduct private memorial services for you and your guests alone. Hence, you decide when we leave and return. 2. Burials at sea are usually conducted just outside San Diego Bay -- off Coronado Island and Point Loma. Although other locations can be chosen, we usually place the Coronado Bridge, Hotel Del Coronado, and Downtown skyline as background. The seas are calmest there. 3. Your San Diego burial at sea usually lasts just under two hours. If you desire we can spend a third hour cruising San Diego Bay on the return trip. 4.
